The HP LaserJet M110w, MFP M139w and MFP M140w all take the HP 141A black toner cartridge, part number W1410A. HP rates it at about 950 pages under the ISO/IEC 19752 standard (HP US store, HP environmental data sheet for the M110w). These are black-only printers, so one cartridge is all you replace.
Our compatible 141A and 141X don't work in the M110we, M139we or M140we (models ending in "we"), so check the model name on the printer label before ordering.

The high-yield cartridge is our own compatible design. HP's sources list only the 141A for these printers, so its 2,000-page figure is our rating rather than HP's. The arithmetic is simple: it costs $1.54 more for about twice the pages, which makes it the better fit if you print regularly. If the printer only gets occasional use, the 141A is enough.

How to confirm which cartridge you need
Read the model name on the printer's label and find it in the table above, paying attention to whether it ends in "w" or "we". If a cartridge is already installed, take it out and check its label: HP's original is marked 141A and W1410A.
Replacing the cartridge
- Open the printer's cartridge access door.
- Lift out the old cartridge.
- Unpack the new cartridge and remove any packing material and tape.
- Slide the new cartridge into place.
- Close the door.
