Where is my order?

Orders typically ship within 24 hours after your order is placed. Please look out for a shipping confirmation email which contains the package's tracking information.

We understand that printer and cartridge models are confusing. To make it easy, just use our search function to search for any words related to your printer. How long does shipping usually take?

Once an order is shipped, you should receive the order within just a couple business days depending on where you're located.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. Within those 30 days, you're more than welcome to return your order if it's unopened and unused, or if in the unlikely event that you experience any issues with the product. We also offer free replacements as well if that's something that you'd prefer. Just reach out to us and we'll get you squared away.
