Easy Returns Within 30 Days
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the flexibility to return the product within 30 Business days of the delivery date for a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is what matters most to us.
Simple Return Process
Initiating a return is hassle-free. Simply contact our dedicated Customer Support Team via email at info@cartratech.com to kickstart the process.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and a FedEx or USPS prepaid return label, making it convenient for you to send the product back to us.
To start a return, email info@cartratech.com with the following information:
1. Order ID - you can find this in your order confirmation email.
2. Product you'd like to return - if you ordered more than 1 item, please tell us which item you'd like to return and how many.
3. Return Reason - if the product is unopened and all seals are still in tact, then your return will be accepted as long as it's within the 30-day return window. If the product is defective, please describe the defect and include some pictures that show the defect as well.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once your return is received and verified by our Cartra Tech finance team, we'll expedite the refund process. You can expect your refund to be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your return in our shop.
